For orders shipped within the US, simply refer to the tracking information within your shipping confirmation email. If its been a while and you haven't received the email, please contact us and we'll respond as soon as possible.

When will my order ship?

With our Standard Delivery method, orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. In some cases, shipping may take up to 15-20 days depending on severe weather conditions, which warehouse is providing the shipping, and a myriad of other factors. Rest assured, we will do everything possible to make sure your product is delivered as promised.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that tracking information may not be available to you for the first 24 hours after you receive the email. Package scans may occur every couple days which causes this delay. Don't be alarmed as this is normal procedure and will not affect your expected date of delivery.
