When will I get my order?
Orders typically ship in 7-10 business days. After checkout your order is sent to our warehouse for shipping.  Depending on the items ordered, your order may ship in multiple packages.

How can I exchange an item?
Please email support@ninetythree11.com with your name, order number, as well as your reason for returning the item.  If the exchange is due to a defect, or manufacturing/packaging issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If it is not, you will be required to pay shipping and we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost.

 

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you don't love your NinetyThree11 item, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 30 days of delivery of your order. Item must be in the same condition as you received it.
